One-on-one coaching or a group program: how to choose

The one-on-one coaching is built for the C-suite. We work on your real files, and your calendar sets the pace. It is the right format when your topics are sensitive or very specific to your company.

The group option is The AI Leadership Program: a 12-week executive bootcamp for leaders and senior executives. A live masterclass every week, individual coaching, a private community, then The Camp on the first Friday of every month for alumni.

My rule of thumb: if you want a weekly rhythm and peers moving alongside you, take the bootcamp. If your files cannot wait, or cannot be shared with a group, take the coaching.

How the coaching actually works

We work together for 3 to 6 months, over video or in person in Paris. Every session starts from a real file: your next executive committee meeting, a strategy memo that is due. The goal: you can do it again on your own, without me.

• Each session starts from something real on your desk, not a case study.
• Between sessions, you apply the work to your own topics.
• At the next session, we debrief what worked, what got stuck, and adjust.

Funding: Qualiopi and OPCO

The coaching is Qualiopi certified and eligible for French OPCO funding for executives currently in post. Tell us about your situation on the first call: we will look at what applies to your case together.

The same goes for The AI Leadership Program bootcamp: Qualiopi certified, OPCO eligible for executives and senior managers in post. Whatever the format, say upfront if you are counting on OPCO funding.
